It is a compact & both Bench top and floor model Type Polishing Machine suitable to prepare mirror finish metallurgical sample for all types of measurements and inspections, specially designed for small scale industries &  Engineering colleges, having 200 mm disc with variable speed
Disc made of Aluminium Diameter 8” over which polishing paper and polishing cloth can be pasted. Power Coated metal  body with easy disc changing designed. Motor mounted on M S frame. Abrasive waste which remove out through outlet of the machine. Quick change Disc design enable to use deferent grit of paper and cloth to used in desire polishing stage. A swan neck tap which can be swung on the for control addition of water during grinding, polishing and swung on to a wash basin for washing the specimen during intermediate checking. All control are provided on the front for each of operation.  Power:  ½ HP single phase high torque DC motor, continuously variable speed control provided ( 400 RPM to 1000 PM)
